Why isn't your pricing exact?

Our pricing reflects the flexibility our clients deserve and the anticpated differences found from one return to the next. We do not hide fees and we do offer a primier service & experience for all 50 states that keeps the IRS out of your inbox. We wouldn't call ourselves professionals without our CCO's 31+ year veteran status with the IRS. We disclose all variables costs affecting the grand total including state taxes, add-on product fees, promotional discounts, exclusions,  a-la-carte selections vs. bundled or tiered selections and also short term and long term options. That being said, we absolutely will not haggle. We know in the end, we will not overlook opportunities to maximize your refund and your grand total will be competitive, often times, less than competitor's pricing after our discount offers. We also honor our community’s budget realities with payment options like Klarna, Affirm, custom payment plans, and pay-by-refund products when eligible. Each year, we will encrypt and archive your ZenziTax Portal profile, knowing we advised you of any practical oppurtunities for you to utilize all available credits and deductions. Can I really take advantage of ZenziTax or a nearyby Notary today without coming to your office?

Yes, Zenzi Exec is an official IRS.gov authorized e-file transmitter which means your tax return is filed securely & directly through IRS.gov systems. Our Notary Partners are state commissioned Notaries authorized to perform secure and authenticated remote online notarization transactions via a two way video & two way audio software platform. We are thrilled to guide our new Zenzi Family into the online virtual realm and can do so conveniently, wherever you are, and whatever your tech comfort level is, so long as you've access to a strong internet connection, can follow prompts to securely authenticate your identity and upload your documents. We are also ready to show our beaming faces via scheduled video conferencing if you wish to have some face-time. While we primarily work remotely in different states, we’d be honored to connect in person at your office as opportunities arise.
